Meet the Quiñonez Family: A Year of Love and Support for NDG
We’re thrilled to introduce you to the Quiñonez family, who have been sponsoring six kindergarten students since May and have cherished every moment. Their journey with Niños de Guatemala (NDG) began when a relative shared our mission to provide quality education to children from low-income families in Guatemala. For the Quiñonez family, who once lived in Guatemala themselves, this mission resonated deeply, and they were inspired to visit our schools.
Upon arrival, the family was moved by the students’ warmth and gratitude. Each child greeted them with smiles, hugs, and cheerful “good mornings.” They also saw firsthand the impact of NDG’s programs, from the nutritious meals that keep students healthy and focused to the impressive English classes that start as early as pre-kindergarten. Witnessing this level of dedication left a lasting impression.
The love the Quiñonez family shares with their sponsored children has been a gift for everyone.
