Stichting Niños de Guatemala Nederlands is a Dutch nonprofit organization recognized by the Dutch authorities as an ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling – an Institution working towards the Common Good), which means your donation is tax deductible*. Our RISN number is 817009012.
*In order for your gift to be tax-deductible, your gift would have to be an amount of between 1% and 10% of your net income, or a recurring donation. As of January 1st, 2014, a monthly donation to an ANBI organization is 100% tax deductible in the Netherlands, if you agree with Niños de Guatemala to continue this donation for five consecutive years. The Board of Stichting Niños de Guatemala Nederland As an ANBI it is important that the board has no financial interest in our activities.
All board members of NDG NL perform their duties without remuneration. Our board consists of 5 4 individuals: Tim Crijns (president), Sander Wirken (treasurer), Annemiek Dresen (secretary), Marten Dresen (raad van toezicht). Sjaak Schukking and Liselotte Garos have a power of attorney under Dutch law, as they are active in the fundraising efforts of the organization to support the Guatemalan NGO.
