Half the school year has flown by, and it’s time to celebrate our students’ hard work and achievements! Report cards are on their way to all sponsors, giving you a clear picture of your sponsor child’s academic progress so far this year.
This month, excitement filled the classrooms of Niños de Guatemala. From kindergarten to eleventh grade, all our students participated in a friendly Spelling Bee competition. As part of our Dual Immersion Program, the event gave everyone a chance to shine in English.

On July 16th, we’ll be joining thousands of nonprofits worldwide for GlobalGiving’s July Bonus Day — a 24-hour opportunity to unlock extra funding for our students in Guatemala. Every donation between $100 and $1,000 USD made to our project “Breaking the Cycle of Poverty through Education” will be eligible for matching funds from a $125,000 Incentive Fund.
